Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This is the full text of the consent you give when you press the button that submits the enquiry form on this site. It is written out here so that you can read it before you decide, and come back to it afterwards.

Who you are giving consent to

Thalang Family Village, the developer of the gated community of the same name in Thep Krasattri, Thalang, Phuket, Thailand - referred to below as "we".

What data the consent covers

• the name you enter in the form;
• the telephone number or Telegram username you enter;
• the house model and architectural style you selected before opening the form;
• the date and time the form was submitted.

Nothing else is taken from the form. If you type additional information into the fields yourself, that information is covered by this consent as well.

What we may do with it

• collect, record, store, organise and use the data;
• contact you by telephone, Telegram, SMS or messenger about the house you selected;
• send you the project presentation, floor plans, prices and payment terms;
• answer the questions you ask and record the answers we gave;
• delete or anonymise the data when it is no longer needed.

What we may not do with it

We may not sell your data, pass it to anyone for their own marketing, publish it, or use it for any purpose other than those listed above. We may not use it to make automated decisions with legal effects for you.

Who else may see it

Only the the people at Thalang Family Village who answer enquiries, and the service providers who host the site and process it on our instructions. Public authorities receive it only where the law obliges us to disclose it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How long the consent lasts

It lasts for 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you withdraw it - whichever comes first. If we sign a contract with you, the retention period in that contract applies instead.

How to withdraw it

Send us a request through the enquiry form on this site and say that you withdraw your consent. No reason and no explanation is required, and it costs you nothing. We stop processing your data and delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record of the consent itself.

Withdrawing your consent does not make the earlier processing unlawful, and it does not affect any contract already signed.

What you confirm by giving it

• that you are giving this consent freely, having read it and understood it;
• that the data you enter is your own, or that you have the right to provide it;
• that you have reached the age of majority in the country where you live.

Giving this consent is voluntary. It is, however, the only way we can reply to you: without a name and a way to reach you, there is nothing we can send the presentation to.
